I heard nothing, smelled nothing, and felt nothing.

I couldn't even speak.

What on earth was going on?

やがて、その思考すらも泥濘の底へと沈んでいった。%K%P
Before long, even those thoughts sank to the bottom of a quagmire.

I experienced a transfer once more and came back to SPHIA.

What I saw there... was...

惨殺された穂鳥の死体だった。%K%P
The corpse of the slaughtered Hotori.

彼女の肋骨は外部へと開放され、心臓はきれいにえぐり取られていた。%K%P
Her ribs had been torn right through her flesh, and her heart neatly gouged out.

傍らには、内海の亡骸もあった。%K%P
Beside her lay the corpse of Utsumi.

彼女は自らの手首を切って、命を絶ったのだ。%K%P
She'd slit her wrists, taking her own life.

その手のひらには、原形をとどめぬほどに破砕された心臓が握りしめられていた。%K%P
In the palm of her hand, she grasped a heart, so crushed that all semblance of its original form had been lost.

穂鳥の心臓だった。%K%P
It was Hotori's heart. 

逆の方の指先は、床に血文字を書いていた。%K%P
And with one finger of her other hand, she'd written something on the floor in blood.

ゆには血の海に座り込んで、ぶつぶつと狂人のようなひとり言をもらしていた。%K%P

I couldn't understand it at all.

すでに私の理解力を超越した出来事だった。%K%P
This was an event that transcended the limits of my comprehension.

一体、誰が、いつ、何を、どのようにして、このような結果に導いたのか、まったく理解できなかった。%K%P
Who, what, how, when, had this happened, had made this happen? I didn't understand a thing.

Why did I whisper that?

気がついた時、私は小屋に戻っていた。%K%P
I was back at the shelter cabin before I realized it.

けれど、そこには誰もいなかった。%K%P
But no one was there.

黄泉木も、黛も、ゆにも……誰ひとりとしてその姿を見つけることは出来なかった。%K%P
Yomogi, Mayuzumi, and even Yuni... I couldn't find the slightest trace of anyone.

存在していたのは私だけだった。%K%P
It was only I who existed.

いや、異常なのは、それだけではなかった。%K%P
No, that wasn't the only　thing strange.

驚くべきことに、私達がこれまでここで過ごしてきた痕跡すら、消え失せていた。%K%P
Amazingly, even the signs that we had ever been here had vanished.

黄泉木が薪にするために壊したテーブルやイスや棚は元通りになっており……%K%P
The table, chairs, and shelves which Yomogi had destroyed to use for firewood had gone back to the way they were...

この４日間に消費した食糧や薪なども、最初からそうであったように手つかずな状態で元に戻されていた。%K%P
As if they had never been touched, the supplies and firewood used these past four days had been restored as well.

私はフラフラとした足取りで小屋の中をさまよった。%K%P
I wandered unsteadily through the cabin.

テーブルの上に、新聞がある。%K%P
On the table was a newspaper.

２０１１年７月４日付けの新聞……。%K%P
A newspaper dated July 4th, 2011....

そこからは『朱倉岳に男女３人の腐乱死体』という見出しが消え失せていた。%K%P
The headline "Three Decomposed Male and Female Corpses Found on Mount Akakura" had disappeared from it.

I don't understand....

もう、何もかもが、わからない…………。%K%P
I don't understand anything anymore.......

私は夢を見ていただけなのだろうか？%K%P
Have I just been dreaming this whole time?

I heard the sound of the blizzard.

辺りは暗く、円形の筒状の何かが私の周囲を覆っている。%K%P
Something dark, round and cylindrical covered everything around me.

それと、異様な臭気に満ちている。%K%P
That, and it was filled with a strange smell.

あまりの臭いに、胃の奥から込み上げてくるものを感じる。%K%P
Because of that awful smell, I could feel something welling up from the pit of my stomach.

筒状の壁の向こう側から吹雪の音がくぐもって聞こえる。%K%P
I could hear the rumbling of the storm on the other side of the cylindrical walls.

私はダウンジャケットや皮のコート、羊毛のセーター、マフラーや手袋などを何枚も重ねて着させられていた。%K%P
I wore a jacket, a leather coat, a wool sweater, a scarf, and gloves... so many layers of clothing...

それでも骨の芯まで冷えるような寒さを感じる。%K%P
But I still felt the cold in the marrow of my bones.

けれど、不思議なことに身体は震えなかった。%K%P
And yet, for some reason, I wasn't shivering.

徐々に徐々に、全身の感覚が失われていっているのだ。%K%P
Slowly, gradually, my entire body lost all feeling.

薄れていく意識の中……私は気づいた。%K%P
Through my weakening consciousness... I realized it.

あの日に戻ったのだ、ということを。%K%P
That I had... returned to that day.

The song I suddenly began to chant.
