明晰夢
〔Lucid Dream〕
夢の中で『自分は今、夢をみているのだ』と
自覚しながら見る夢のこと。
あるいは、その技法。
明晰夢を見ている人は、
夢の中でそれが夢である事を自覚しており、
その夢の続きを自分の意志で
決めることが出来るという。
