A Quick Question[edit]

How are you going to localize the Eternity Sword names in your translation? Will you be localizing Reimei as 'White Dawn' similar to how Motome was localized as 'Desire' in the first EnA tl, or will you simply localize it as 'Reimei', avoiding translating the sword names?
Oh yes, and thanks guys, you are awesome for translating this game.

Thats a good question, having played it through a few times I'd say using Reimei would fit alot better; though mentioning White Dawn at first when he names her would be interesting for people I think, or perhaps putting it in the profile. White Dawn just doesn't fit as well as a name like Desire did in my opinion, it sounds more like a title to me I guess.

These two images from the projects SVN would answer your question I believe. Reime & Nanashi --EchoMateria 20:04, 16 November 2010 (CST)

I know it's too early to ask, but, it's this project still alive? -Anonymous 10 September 2010

Wow you are impatient...ask such questions on Dakkodango's forums. It's far more likely that you will get an answer there.-- 14:50, 24 September 2010 (CDT)

Yes, it is well underway. --EchoMateria 20:04, 16 November 2010 (CST)

So how is the project going? -- 04:22, 15 January 2011 (CST)

Maybe you should go on to their irc channel and ask?

Will you be releasing this in partial patches or wait and release one Master patch?

Well As far as I know, Dakkodango usually doesn't release partial patches. This is not a Dakkodango Project though, so I'm not sure. Also, you would probably get a quicker reply if you asked this at the Dakkodango forums. There is a topic for Seinarukana there.

No, there will be no partial patches, I'm sorry but you have to wait for it to finish. --EchoMateria 20:04, 16 November 2010 (CST)

This project is dead now right? I read somewhere that the translator is missing, so...

It was, until this: Looks like they've got a new translator!

Can this project be considered dead now that jast usa has licensed it?

Except that the translation they will be using will be the one the guys here are making. Like with Aselia the Eternal. (Someone correct me if I'm really, really wrong.) --Stealth 11:19, 1 April 2012 (CDT)
